ISM VISITS ISTANBUL

44 students of ISM accompanied by Ms. Vidya Jeffrey, Mr. K.Satyanarayana & Mr. Abdul Hadi visited  Istanbul from 24th May to 28th May. The three - day tour, meant to educate and broaden the horizon of our students, included visits to the Blue Mosque, replete with rich Turkish architecture, the famous Topkapi Palace housing an 86 carat Diamond, Basilica Cistern also known as the Sunken Palace of the Byzantine Era and the Hagia Sophia Museum, the Jewel of Turkey. The Aqua Marine Entertainment Centre had every one splashing with delight at the water rides.

The enchanting Ferry ride on the waters of the Bosporous Strait gave the visitors the thrill of being flanked by the Marmara Sea and The Black Sea.

The excitement of visiting the Bosporous Bridge which connects  Asia and Europe was a  fitting finale to the tour. The group went on a shopping spree to the famous Spice Bazaar and the Grand Bazaar.

Istanbul an integral part of world heritage thus became a true-life unforgettable memory for  the visitors .
