The 26th National Talent Search contest
2005-2006 saw 11 Indian School Muscat Students make it to the Merit List
securing above 90% marks! The Contest was held in February 2005 in various
subjects like General knowledge, Mathematics and Science. The National Talent
Search contest is a very prestigious competition organized by the Central
Institute of General Knowledge Learning (C.I.G.K.L.) which is a premier
institute of learning devoted to excellence in learning. The C.I.G.K.L.
attempts to develop the mental abilities of the young generation while creating
an enthusiasm towards education.
The following students were placed in the Merit List under
various subjects:
In General
Knowledge:
Deepak Sasidharan of Std VII secured 96%
C. Aditya of Std V and Lilly Bonney Veliath of Std VII
secured 94%
In science, eight students were placed in the Merit List.
Joelin Sancia Roy and Sanaha Shyam of Std VIII topped the
list with 100%.
Saud Ahmad of Std VII, and Tejas Sudarshan Rao and
Abhinaya of Std VIII secured 96%.
Ananth Saran Yalamarthy and Vinay Mathew George of Std
VIII secured 94%.
Saikat Dey of Std VIII secured 92 %.
These students have done ISM proud once again!
