ISM was privileged to have him address the children of middle school on Sunday, 19th October 2008 at 7 am to 8 am.

General John Graham give the students an insight into the history of Oman .   General Graham is very eloquent and narrated his many experiences of his stay in Oman .  Though he served the British Army, he spent a great part of his service life in Oman .  He enthralled the students with his description of the Oman of 45 years back and how much Oman had grown, by leaps and bounds, to the fine and prosperous country that we know of today.  The new multipurpose hall reverberated with the cheers and applause of the students as he shared his life’s experiences with them.  Then followed an interactive session where the General very kindly obliged the students by answering their various queries.  He has to his credit about 15 books written on the beautiful and enchanting Sultanate of Oman.  To the credit of ISM, the General was quite liberal in praising the students for the strong family values and traditions that he found still imbibed in them. The morning’s programme was a huge success and left the students better enlightened about the wonderful country Oman , we live in.
