LIFTS INTER SECHOOL QUIZ COMPETITION- 2008
The
Indian School Muscat lifted the Inter
School Quiz Competition- 2008 organised by the Sri
Lankan School Muscat on 4th December 2008,
beating all other seven schools from the capital region.
A
group of four teams from the Indian School Muscat
consisting of two students each, participated in the
competition. Sidharth Kerkar and Pranav Rao eventually
reached the finals and
emerged victorious and brought the cup to Indian School
Muscat. The other teams consisting of Gopikrishnan S.
and Ashish Rao also reached the finals but lost to
British School Muscat in a tiebreaker. The other
students of Indian School Muscat who participated in the
competition were Giridhar Balkrishna, Udhay Ananth,
Srivibhav, Iwin Francis and Ashwin Menon (Reserve). Mr.
Vikram Singh Yaduvanshi escorted as staff guide to the
competition’s venue.
