FACILITIES

Indian School Muscat lays great emphasis on providing adequate opportunities for an all-round development of its students. ISM has made phenomenal progress and the school can boast of its infrastructure, its campus and rich modern facilities.

Physics, Chemistry, Biology Department laboratories are equipped with the latest equipment for scientific and development studies.

COMPUTER LAB	Catering to an intellectual foundation necessary for an all-rounder, the school offers its students excellent training in the field of Computers. Individual working space and attention is provided to each student in our six laboratories which are equipped with the latest computers.

LIBRARY

The promise of a long term commitment to education has resulted in the development of three spacious libraries which allow open access to Primary, Secondary and Senior Secondary level students. The libraries have an excellent collection of books to meet the ever increasing academic needs of our pupils. Students appearing for Class X and XII Board exams immensely benefit from the Question Banks and Board Papers that are updated at regular intervals. Students have direct access to educational CDs available in the library.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES The Psychology lab is a new addition. Engineering Drawing Room is an attraction for students. In the Audio visual room recordings are shown to students to make teaching interesting.

GYMNASIUM AND COURTS

To excel in Sports and games the school provides the best to its students. It has a multi-purpose playing area, a stadium with tremendous seating capacity. There are two indoor and two outdoor Badminton courts. The outdoor Basketball, Volleyball and Throwball courts are beautifully laid out and attract lovers of these games. The Cricket practice pitches provide ample opportunity for cricket enthusiasts to master the game. The pride of the Physical Education Department, however, is the large and modern air-conditioned gymnasium for physical training.

INTERNET FOR EDUCATION
In order to utilize and make the best of opportunities offered by Internet in the field of education, an advanced state of technology Computer Resource Room has been set up for the staff. Students are also using the web to access information and gain useful knowledge.

BOOK STORE
Textbooks, notebooks and additional study material are available in the school bookstore located in the school premises.

CAFETERIA
The school cafeteria caters to the needs of the students by providing snacks etc.

CENTRE FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION
"Reach out and touch our hearts" is a message by the Centre for Special Education. It caters to the children with special needs.
